Sarah McDevitt is a Senior Director of Partner Strategy at HubSpot, where she leads a global team focused on elevating—and transforming—more than 7,000 partners around the world in the AI era. Her work to establish and share the concept of Relational Intelligence has shaped the narrative on hybrid teams and how businesses can responsibly adopt AI in ways that drive results and align with their values.
A native of Sligo, Ireland, Sarah is the daughter of a Garda sergeant who believed community safety came from human connection and a hospital nurse who understood that healing happens in the spaces between official interactions. The third of four siblings, she learned early that understanding people—not just information—was the real currency of success.
Sarah now lives in Dublin with her wife and their four children. She believes that relationships are everything and that broader—and deeper—trust is the single most important AI outcome that we must strive towards.
